I wasn’t really happy with the return process. It took around longer than I expected, and that made the whole experience frustrating for me.

I found the site kind of confusing to use. It took me longer than it should have to find what I was looking for, and a few pages felt clunky. I did eventually get it to work, but it definitely wasn’t a smooth experience. I also got the impression that when I tried to explain the issue, nobody really read what I wrote, which made it more frustrating...

The order itself was fine once it finally showed up, but the shipping took way longer than I expected. It kind of felt like a bait and switch because the delivery timing seemed reasonable when I placed the order, but then the updates were vague and not really helpful at all. I kept checking for real info and basically got nowhere. i’m not sure I’d order again after that.

It helped a little at first, so I was hopeful, but the results faded quickly. Kind of disappointing, honestly, I wasn’t expecting a miracle or anything, but I did think it would last longer.

I tried getting help with a warranty issue, it put me in such a frustrated mood. The replies were slow, the answers were unclear, and I kept feeling like I was just being sent in circles. I had to keep following up myself, which got tiring. Maybe other people have had a smoother experience, but after this, I don’t think I’d buy from them again.

The support experience was really disappointing. I reached out expecting some actual help, but the replies were slow and didn’t really solve anything. If a company is going to sell a product or service, they need to take responsibility when customers run into issues. I don’t feel like they did that here, so I can’t say it was worth it.

I don’t know, maybe I’m being too cautious, but something about the experience just didn’t feel trustworthy to me. I wouldn’t use them again.

I bought from EMR-TEK because I figured the higher price meant it would feel higher quality, but it just didn’t. It works fine and nothing showed up broken, but for what I paid, I expected more. It just feels a bit too basic, too unfinished, and again, just not really worth the price to me.

Shipping was okay and support did reply, so I’m not saying everything was terrible. It’s just the value that bothers me. For the money, I kept expecting it to feel more solid or more complete, but it never really did. I probably wouldn’t buy again unless the price came down quite a bit.
